Every journey we create is designed from scratch, guided personally by us, and prepared months in advance. Rather than leading dozens of tours each season, we’ve chosen a different path: opening just six private journeys each year, allowing us to dedicate the time, attention, and care that every traveler deserves.

The dates for each journey are arranged together with our travelers, based on their interests, the best season for the species they wish to observe, and our availability.
The Other Part of Our Year
Throughout the rest of the year, we’re exploring new birding routes, documenting Colombia’s extraordinary birdlife by creating content for Birds Colombia, and working through our foundation, Guardián de las Aves, to inspire the next generation of birders and strengthen conservation efforts across Colombia. Every year, we organize two BirdCamps—in June and November—lead conservation initiatives, and direct the strategy and content of the Colombia Birdwatching Congress, helping shape a more professional, sustainable, and responsible birdwatching industry in Colombia.
We also serve as international speakers, sharing our journey and the lessons we’ve learned while traveling across Colombia, and provide birdwatching tourism consulting to destinations, tourism organizations, and businesses seeking to develop sustainable birding experiences.
Everything we discover, learn, and build throughout the year becomes part of the private experiences we create for our travelers.
